Shanti Yoga is a small community run by 2 yogis (2 female yoga lovers) who are certified with RYT200 also used to teach together at hot yoga franchise company in Tokyo. Yoga is a tool for wellness and allows us to slow down, quiet the mind, listen to and trust our own natural abilities.
