在宅ワークや自宅待機が多い今なら月経カップを試してみるチャンスです。
月経カップは慣れてしまえば快適でもう紙ナプキンやタンポンを使っていたころには戻れません。でも使いこなすまでに数ヶ月程度かかってしまう人が多いようです。
月経カップは正しい位置に挿入すれば漏れることはありません。
カップの正しい位置はステムの先が少し触れるくらいに挿入します。
カップがしっかり開いていないと漏れてしまうので、必ずきちんと開いているか確認します。
カップの底部を一周触ってみて、凹みがなければはきちんと開いています。
カップがいっぱいになってしまったときも上から溢れて膣を伝って漏れてしまうことがあります。
わたしの経験から言うとカップの8割くらい経血が溜まると漏れます。
ですのでカップがいっぱいになる前に入れ替えるようにしてください。
タイミングは使っているうちに感覚でわかってきます。
信じられないと思いますが、カップを数ヶ月使っていくと経血の量が減ってくる場合があります。
なので一日にカップを入れ替える回数が減ってきます。
何故かは科学的には証明されていませんが、化学薬品が使われた紙ナプキンが原因かもしれません。
体は正直ですよね。
使い初めはナプキンと併用していましたが、今はカップしか使っていないので、全くごみを出していません。
私はカップしか使っていませんが、布ナプキンを併用したり、外出の時だけ紙ナプキンを使ったり、生活スタイルに合わせててカップを使うのもオススメです。

Once you get used to it , you will never want to go back chemical pads or tampons .
It won’t leak when you insert in correct position or the cup is properly open .
Position is just in vaginal introitus . Like you can slightly tough the stem .
How you can check is to feel around base of the cup which should be round or oval . If you feel any dents or folds on the base with your finger , it means that it’s not unfolded .
From my experience the leakage happen also when the cup is 80 % full .
You will know when you have to remove the cup by the time of your feeling .
Even though I had to use pads at the same time till I get used to it , I haven’t made any sanitary waste since long time ago . Some people still need to use them partially depending if your life style .
