Be grateful for your body and the gifts of movement & agility.
Being able bodied is something many of us take for granted, especially in our younger years.
Too often complaints of stiffness & pain come rolling in as we get older. It can’t be understated how important it is to remain active, utilizing our bodies in various ranges of motion, not only for physical reasons but for mental health as well.
Consider what kind of habits you can develop that help you stay in a good physical condition.
Put these habits into action, & be grateful that you have the capacity to do so.
