Do one fitness-related thing you don't do regularly this day. If doing it later will be your excuse to do it tomorrow or to just NOT do it, DO IT NOW. This very moment. Even just a 1-minute plank, 5 pushups, or a 30 second run in place.

That's 30-minutes plank, 150 pushups and 15 minutes of running in a month if you do this tiny effort for 30 days straight that otherwise would never have happened. Imagine when you start enjoying it, start getting addicted to it and start putting in more respect and effort. We can do this! Let's do this!

Goal: No wall support, controlled breathing and freedom of core and leg movement in handstanding.

Currently: Can't even last for 30 seconds, HAHAHAH.

Time to do this everyday and get stronger.

📌 If you want a Hero in your life to flip your situation around, be that Hero and put in the action and the numbers needed to turn everything around. Asking God and others for help without manning up and making your life truly valuable is not a faithful life; that's a lazy and irresponsible life hinged on wishful thinking.
📌 Go after your Vision and don't get stuck wishing and dreaming for a better life. A lot of things that people think are out of their control are actually within their control the moment they start fighting for their life instead of complaining about their life and dragging their feet every single day.
