🚫HABITS THAT NEGATIVELY AFFECT JOINTS AND BONES🚫
In today's era, the prevalence of joint and bone diseases is increasing, with a tendency towards affecting younger individuals. In addition to natural degenerative processes, daily habits also have a significant impact on the risk of developing these conditions. The following are habits that currently have a detrimental effect on the joint and bone system and should be avoided:
❌ Frequent cracking of fingers, twisting of the back and neck: Many people have the habit of cracking their fingers or twisting their back and neck whenever they feel tired. This is a completely mistaken habit. If this condition persists, it can lead to accelerated joint degeneration, deformity, swelling, disc herniation in the cervical and lumbar spine, and an accelerated aging process.
❌Lack of physical activity: Many individuals believe that exercise is time-consuming and leads to muscle pain. In reality, regular exercise helps to strengthen muscles and joints, reducing the risk of chronic musculoskeletal disorders.
❌Prolonged sitting and incorrect posture: When sitting for extended periods, the weight of the upper body is concentrated on the spine, particularly the neck, back, and lumbar vertebrae, which bear the greatest pressure. The muscles surrounding the spine become fatigued, causing a slouched posture and forward bending. The muscles and ligaments behind the spine become excessively strained, leading to damage, disc herniation, and spinal degeneration over time.
❌Indiscriminate use of painkillers: Painkillers provide temporary relief by alleviating symptoms but cannot cure the underlying condition. Moreover, the misuse of certain types of painkillers can result in unwanted side effects. Therefore, it is essential to only use medication as prescribed by a doctor.
