I see you.
The shadows under your eyes aren’t just exhaustion. They’re quiet marks of devotion. Of surviving another night of shushing, rocking, nursing, bouncing, praying. Another night of holding a body that refuses to sleep while yours begs for stillness.
I see your hands—shaky, dry, maybe trembling just slightly as you pour the fourth coffee you don’t even want anymore. I know what it’s like to blink too slowly, to lose track of time, to forget how long it’s been since you last felt human.
I remember lying awake after finally putting my child down, staring at the ceiling with burning eyes, wondering if I was broken.
“Why can’t I do this? Why is this still so hard? What am I doing wrong?”
You’re not broken.
You’re not doing anything wrong.
You’re just tired.
So tired that your thoughts start to turn against you.
So tired that you begin to question your worth.
So tired you’ve forgotten that you’re not supposed to do this alone.
I became a sleep consultant not because I had it all figured out, but because I was once you. And I found a path—not a perfect one, but one rooted in gentleness, attunement, and deep, non-judgmental support.
This is not a sales pitch. This is a hand reached out in the dark.
You don’t have to “push through.”
You don’t have to martyr yourself.
You are allowed to ask for help.
You are allowed to be held.
If you feel like you’re disappearing…
If you’re crying in silence while the rest of the house sleeps…
If you don’t know how much longer you can do this—
You’re not alone anymore.
I’m here. I’m here to help, send me a message or book a free consultation in here ❤️➡️: https://Oyasumi bebe.wixsite.com/main
