という方に? 9月に開催した際は、2回の開催でのべ70名様以上の方にご参加いただきました。
特に若い方が多かったので、これからの社会を担う若い世代が、
「禅」や「マインドフルネス瞑想」に興味を持っていただけていることに
大変感銘を受けております。
