I HAVE FAILED TO LOSE WEIGHT ???
After giving birth, I have a lot more appetite than before, probably because during pregnancy the baby is fostered and used to the momentum, so it is more difficult to lose. Both taking care of the baby and exercising at home, so I rarely adhere to the exercise schedule during the week. . After that, when I went back to work, I was busy and didn't have time, so it was a waste of money.
I heard that 70% of weight loss is due to the diet, so I also try eatclean to see how it goes. Before, I didn't dare to go on a diet because I was afraid of losing milk, but now that I'm weaned, I think about dieting. I replace white rice with brown rice, reduce snacking and get more fiber from vegetables and fruits. At first, it was difficult because I was not used to it, I added a little spice, so my mouth was pale, every time I ate it, I frowned. Breakfast: 1 bowl of beef noodle soup, 1 glass of milk.
Lunch: 1 bowl of rice, grilled carp, beef sour soup, sautéed green vegetables, 1 orange.
Snack: 1 pack of celery brown rice powder
Dinner: 1 bowl of carp porridge
