今日、小さな頃の自分に会いに行った。

静かに隣に座って、「最近の人生はどう？」と聞かれた気がした。

私は彼女に話した。嬉しかったこと。苦しかったこと。何度も諦めそうになったこと。それでも叶った夢。出会った人たち。遠回りしながら学んだこと。

そして私は、そっと聞いた。

「今の私を見て、誇りに思う？」

すると彼女は優しく笑って言った。

「うん。あなたを誇りに思うよ。そして、私を諦めないでくれてありがとう。」

その言葉が、心の奥の何かを静かに癒してくれた。

I revisited my younger self today.

I sat beside her quietly and asked,“What is life like now?”

I told her about the journey.The pain.The beauty.The moments we almost gave up.The dreams that somehow came true.The people we loved.The lessons we learned the hard way.

Then I asked her softly,“Are you proud of who I’ve become?”

She smiled so simply and said,

“Yes.I am proud of you.And thank you for not giving up on me.”

And somehow…that healed something deep inside of me.

When I was under 10,
my dad asked me what I wanted to be when I grow up.

I told him,
“I want to see the world…
travel and live in many countries.”

He laughed and said,
“That’s just a dream.”

I remember saying “okay”…
but in that quiet moment,
I made a decision for my life.

I will prove him wrong.

Not from anger.
But from knowing.

As I grow, I understand something clearly—
People don’t judge your dreams based on your ability.

They judge from what they believe is possible for themselves.

So when someone cannot see your vision,
it doesn’t mean it’s impossible.

It simply means it’s not their path.

Just accept their opinion…
and continue walking your own 🤍
