My Journey to Self-Love
Dear YOU,
YOU are worthy. YOU are beautiful. YOU are enough.
❤❤❤ I was once determining my value from other people. I had achieved things just to prove myself to them that I am enough. I had to be in a relationship so I can say I am loved and I am beautiful. I had lived a life of wanting acceptance and looking for love in other people. I keep on saying "YES" to them and "NO" to myself so I will still belong to them and not to be outcast. I became needy of them and I have given them so much love that I have not realized, I'm not giving any to myself. So I lose myself. I lose my life.
And then I had this beautiful opportunity, I journey back to myself with the help of my Coach. I've found inside of me the love I've been looking for outside. I have found and discover the power and beauty of self-love. Free from all insecurities and fear of coming out and being judged.I have come out as ME along with all my strengths and vulnerabilities. I am full of love and so my cup overflows and I can fill now someone else's cup with love. I have taken my life back and become the authority of my life. So I can move forward to greater things in life, to all the things I really wanted towards my purpose and visions.
