I asked you in a Q&A How we can all motivate and inspire each other to getting ourselves there more consistently and the #1 point of feedback was to share the real sh*t and the struggles we all face (on the daily) More. Sooo here you go 🙏 I’m the biggest believer for over a decade now that SOME minutes of movement (yes even 5 or 10) is better than No minutes. Your mental health, your mind, your body and your spirit will strengthen from the inside out.

This mantra has been on repeat in my mind and it’s helping me move through all the bs (EXCUSES) that stand in all of our way. Once you own & identity that you are allowing those low grade thoughts in that are bringing you down…you can officially change the script ✍️

It’s been a real whirlwind of a week returning home from our bucket list trip to Japan and straight back to it all full speed ahead. Diving in face first with the kids to speaking on stage at the iconic for the launch of book “Healthy with a side of Happy”. I love nothing more than traveling the world with Noah…but what makes me feel the most full is being back at home with my family in Nyc more than anything else in the world.

Kyoto is one of those special places in the world that you just have to visit to truly be able to understand the magic and beauty of. Caption by Noah: First time in Tokyo and we’re so blown away by this city. The culture, people and hospitality are incredible. And the best part is being able to experience this with my love, there is just no one I’d rather explore the world with. As much as we miss the kids it’s also so nice to travel alone which we don’t get to do often. We wanted to see this marvelous country solo before we come back and see it again thru the eyes of our kids. Not even half way thru and already planning the next trip…Will share our itinerary after our trip 🙏
