中根自身、マーケティングやコミュニケーションの指導者でもあるため、それらの技術も含めて習得できる指導者育成クラスも開催中

もうすぐ10月ですね！
11月までの水曜日の恵比寿studio-jでの早朝ヨガはこういうスケジュールで行っています。
この10月で、早朝ヨガクラスは1周年！
あっという間の1年でした！
確実な積み重ねなど考える間もない、1年の短さ！ヨガはこの5000倍の歴史！
私たちのグループみんなで作っているクラスです。一度、この雰囲気を実感して見てはいかがですか？

◆Yoga International class

In this class, now we are looking for new members who would start the yoga which refresh your mind and body and bring new energy, currently.
This class is for those who feel less comfortable in English lessons than in Japanese lessons.
Please let me know, if you would like to introduce information on this class to your acquaintance.

　March 20th. Monday 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
