I am not sure where I saw this quote, but I absolutely love it because I know essential oils help support countless relationship when it comes to amplifying the intimacy.

I recommend getting a diffuser and immediately adding this recipe (with some light music) to create the mood…

-2 drops Ylang Ylang
-1 drop Wild Orange
-1 drop Sandalwood
-1 drop Cedarwood

Many couples love bringing essential oils into their relationship because of the aphrodisiac properties inherent in these wonderfully natural products.

Elevate your relationship with this amazing blend:

Step 1: Start by using a roller bottle and add Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Step 2: Add the following dōTERRA essential oils:

-2 drops of Black Pepper
-2 drops of Ginger
-3 drops of Rosemary
-3 drops of Wild Orange
-4 drops of Sandalwood
-4 drops of Ylang Ylang
-4 drops of Bergamot

You can apply to the back of your neck, behind your ears, or even on your wrists - it smells amazing by the way!

How do you moisturize in the Fall?

You should totally try this…

Ingredients:

-⅔ cup beeswax

-½ cup coconut oil

-½ cup cocoa butter

-1 teaspoon vitamin E oil

-15 drops of doTERRA essential oil

Recommended essential oils: Citrus Bliss®, Peppermint, Lavender

Directions:

-Measure all ingredients, except for essential oils, in large glass jar.

-Place jar in saucepan with one to one and a half inches of boiling water.

-Stir ingredients until combined.

-Once melted, remove from heat. Let rest three minutes.

-Add essential oils and stir.

-Pour mixture into silicone mold.

Tip: For an exfoliating lotion bar, add oatmeal to the bottom of the mold.

Let the mixture harden two to three hours. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in container until ready to use.

Massage lotion bar on skin for moisture.

This fun scrub makes the perfect gift for people you care about most…

Ingredients:

-3/4 cup white sugar

-1/2 cup Fractionated Coconut Oil

-12 drops Peppermint essential oil

-Skin safe food coloring

Tip: In place of white sugar, you could use sea salt. In place of Fractionated Coconut oil you could use almond oil, grapeseed oil or olive oil.

Directions:

-Combine sugar and Fractionated Coconut Oil in bowl.

-Divide mixture equally into two bowls.

-In one bowl, add red skin safe food coloring.

-Layer red and white scrub to create a ‘candy cane’ effect.
