I am a UK-licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Japan.

I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of London (UK). I specialised in working with adults and children with neurological and neurodevelopmental needs.

My practice is ethically centred, adhering to national/international guidelines, and informed by the latest evidence. My approach is person-centred, and I use different psychological models to better understand my client.

I aim to bring out the inherent strengths within my client to enable meaningful lives. I achieve this by establishing a transparent, trusting, empathic and non-judgemental therapeutic space. This also helps my clients to feel safe in sharing their personal stories and starting their journey of self-exploration.
