✨ We had the privilege of participating in JGES International!
It was an inspiring and meaningful experience to engage in discussions with doctors from around the world. We also gained valuable insights from the presentations by international speakers, reminding us of the importance of continuous learning and growth.
Before the conference, we had the pleasure of welcoming doctors from various countries to our hospital. The exchange of ideas during their visits was incredibly valuable and enriching.
Moving forward, we will continue to embrace a global perspective in our practice 🌍

JGES Internationalに参加させていただきました！ 多くの海外の先生方とディスカッションする貴重な機会をいただき、大変刺激的な時間となりました。また、各国の先生方のご発表からも多くの学びを得て、改めて日々の研鑽の大切さを実感しました。 学会前には、世界各国から先生方が私たちの病院を見学に訪れてくださり、非常に有意義な意見交換の時間を持つことができました。 今後も国際的な視点を大切にしながら,取り組んでまいります。

【RISE研究会に参加しました！】
RISE研究会に参加し、非常に学びの多い一日となりました。
オープニングレクチャーでは、増永先生が内視鏡トレーニングについてレクチャーを担当しました。若手の先生方にとって非常に参考になる内容だったと思います。
また、横浜市立大学附属市民総合医療センターの平澤欣吾先生による特別講演では、内視鏡医としての心構え、チーム作り、そしてキャリアプランについて、非常に実践的かつ率直にお話いただきました。学会ではなかなか聞けないような貴重なお話ばかりで、とても勉強になりました！
関係者の皆さま、本当にありがとうございました！

Had a very insightful day at the RISE workshop. Dr. Masunaga gave an excellent lecture on endoscopic training, especially valuable for young doctors.
We also had the honor of a special talk by Dr. Kengo Hirasawa from Yokohama City University Medical Center, who shared practical and candid advice on mindset, team building, and career planning as an endoscopist.
Thank you to all the organizers for this valuable opportunity!

静脈瘤治療の先進施設である福島医大に伺い、治療を見学させていただきました。
超音波内視鏡やCTから血行動態をしっかり把握し、結紮術・硬化療法といった最適な治療戦略を組み立てるプロセスを丁寧にご指導いただきました。
学んだ知識と技術を、明日からの診療にしっかりと活かして参ります。　福島医大の皆様　本当にありがとうございました。
Visited Fukushima Medical University, a leading center for variceal treatment.
Learned to assess hemodynamics with EUS/CT and plan optimal strategies such as ligation and sclerotherapy.

このたび、十二指腸ESDの件数が1000件を超え、ESDIPにおいても100件を達成いたしました。
これもひとえに、胆膵グループ、病棟の先生方、関係各位のご協力のおかげと深く感謝申し上げます。

今後も内視鏡グループ一丸となり、さらなる安全性・技術の向上を目指して研鑽を重ねてまいります。
引き続き、どうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。

We are pleased to share that our team has successfully performed over 1,000 duodenal ESD procedures, along with more than 100 ESDIP cases.

This achievement would not have been possible without the dedicated collaboration of our colleagues, particularly from the pancreatobiliary group. We extend our sincere gratitude for their continued support.

Moving forward, our endoscopy team will remain united in our commitment to advancing safe, high-skilled endoscopic therapy.

6/26-27に京都で開催された第79回日本食道学会学術集会に参加しました。
内視鏡や集学的治療など、多岐にわたる内容で食道学の知識を深めることができ、とても充実した時間でした。
これからの診療・研究に活かしていきたいと思います！ We attended the 79th Annual Meeting of the Japan Esophageal Society in Kyoto on June 26-27.
The conference covered diverse topics like endoscopy and multidisciplinary treatments, helping us deepen our understanding of esophageal diseases.
Excited to apply this knowledge in clinical practice and research!

第120回日本消化器内視鏡学会　関東支部例会が開催されました。内視鏡グループからは、6演題 (Kanto Cup、主題）を発表、症例検討セッション　画像読影コメンテーター、セミナーを1講演、司会を3セッション、ハンズオンセミナーのインストラクターを担当しました。

若手の先生方もしっかり発表、質疑応答を頑張ってくれました。
二日間に渡り、内視鏡について勉強、議論させていただきました。
明日からの診療に生かしていきたいと思います。
