We reviewed the lab trends from one case of Duchenne muscular dystrophy（DMD）.

In this shared case, CK changed from:

8,936 → 4,449 U/L

However, in DMD, CK can decrease with age or disease stage.
So a lower CK value alone should not be interpreted as clear improvement.

What we especially want to look at in this case is creatinine.

Creatinine is not only a kidney marker.
It is also influenced by muscle mass and creatine metabolism.

In this case, creatinine had remained around 0.10 mg/dL for several months, and most recently was 0.15 mg/dL.

AST, ALT, LD, and CK-MB also showed a downward trend while still elevated.

This single case does not prove the effect of any specific intervention, and it does not guarantee the same result for others.

However, as a case record in the course of DMD, we consider this an important observation.

Lab values should not be reviewed alone.
Movement, fatigue, breathing, posture, and medical follow-up all need to be considered together.

デュシェンヌ型筋ジストロフィー（DMD）の一例として、検査値の経過を整理しました。

今回の経過では、CKは

8,936 → 4,449 U/L

と推移していました。

ただし、DMDでは年齢や病期の変化によってCKが下がることもあるため、CKだけで「良い変化」とは判断できません。

今回、特に注目したいのはクレアチニンです。

クレアチニンは筋量やクレアチン代謝の影響も受ける数値で、今回の一例では、0.10前後で推移していたものが直近では0.15 mg/dLとなっていました。

これは特定の施術効果を証明するものではありません。

ただし、DMDの経過として、CK・クレアチニン・筋由来酵素・動作・疲労・呼吸・姿勢を合わせて見る重要性を示す、貴重な変化記録だと考えています。

Observing an Ongoing Reversal Trend: Dramatic Strength Gains in Just 2 Months
Sharing the incredible progress of a patient just two months into their treatment at Cell Healing. Across the entire body, there are no areas where weakness has progressed; strength has either increased or remained unchanged. We are documenting what appears to be a clear reversal trend.

This is an extraordinary case of ALS where partial recovery was observed within just two weeks.
Patient Background:
• Duration: 4–5 years since onset.
• Trigger: Developed symptoms following cervical spine surgery (the surgery acted as the trigger for onset).
• Initial State: Significant difficulty using both arms and shoulders; only the left hand was slightly functional.
Partial Reversal Observed in 2 Weeks:
• Lower Body: Improved muscle strength and increased muscle mass in the right leg (derived from the C1 spinal segment).
• Upper Body: Improvement in muscle mass and strength in the right arm, particularly around the trapezius muscle.
Although not captured on video, the patient’s right shoulder—which had been weak for four years—became stronger than the left in lifting movements. Upon palpation, several areas around the right shoulder now show more muscle development than the left. His wife was moved to tears of joy.
Significance of this Case:
Typically, we observe the start of partial reversal between 4 to 8 months after beginning treatment, with the earliest cases usually taking around 1.5 months. This case represents a remarkable breakthrough, with significant changes occurring in just two weeks.
