🍋What will your health affected if you lack Vitamin C🍊

Vitamin C,also known as ascorbic acid,is an essential nutrient for human health.Especially it acts as an antioxidant that helps fight free radicals, protecting the body's tissues.

Moreover, Vitamin C is very important in improving the functioning of various parts of the body, and vitamin C also helps to increase the body's immunity.

Vitamin C can be found in many vegetables and fruits such as: oranges, strawberries, bell peppers, broccoli, kale.

What will your health be affected if you do not supply Vitamin C🧐?
When vitamin C deficiency, there will be symptoms such as fatigue, shallow breathing, rough skin, slow healing of wounds.Vitamin C deficiency will lead to some of the following harmful effects:

When you are thinking about Japanese tourists,it is impossible to mention famous places or cities like Tokyo or Osaka but I want to tell you the truth that the Japanese cities of Morioka is selected into 52 places should go in 2023 released by ‘‘The New York Times in The 2023 list of 52 Places to Go.🎌🌸

Morioka is a city located in Iwate Prefecture.There are four seasons in here with short summer,cold winter with heavy snowfall.The average annual temperature in Morioka is 10.2 °C.The population in Morioka is quite sparsely (289,731 people in 2020) .From Tokyo station , it costs you around 2 hours to Morioka by Shinkansen. 🚆🚅

The center of Morioka is Iwate Park. Built on the former site of Morioka Castle, this park has been opened to the public since 1906. It is a popular spot for cherry blossom viewing in spring.The highest points in the park is a good view to see Morioka city.

➡️Colorful horse festival
At the Chagu chagu festival, you can see elaborately dressed horses ring hundreds of bells as they march 15km from Takizawa to Morioka. During the two times the horses only have a break in the parade, you can get up close to the horses, feed them and take pictures with them.

➡️Dance overnight
The Morioka Sansa Festival held every August is the largest taiko drum festival in the world. Participants immerse themselves to the sound of drums, flutes and chanting. At the end of the night, you can jump in and join the dancers. This festival takes place in the summer when temperatures are at their highest.

➡️Snowing festival
The Iwate Snow Festival is held anually February at Koiwa Farm,located outside Morioka. You can admire snow carvings, play in the snow, watch fireworks and try some of the best dairy products from Koiwa farm.

➡️Soak in onsen
It is undeniable that feeling relax after snowing ,you should soak in onsen to progressive muscle relaxation.One of the closest hot springs is the Tsunagi Onsen area located on the edge of a deep blue lake.There are many options for staying overnight or a one-day tour.

As mentioned above,the weather is very cold in Morioka,if you plan to visit here,do not forget to bring warm clothes,thermal underwear is recommended.And if you are a big fan of snowboarding ,this time is the best of year.

Why does the Japanese Fiscal year start in April?🧐

Fiscal year is the accounting period of business or government. Most countries in the world have a fiscal year that coincides with the calendar year,starting on January 1st and ending on December 31 st.However,Japan and some countries have a different fiscal year.Let's find out the reason and there is one surprising thing at the end of this post. 🎌🌸

In Japan,Fiscal year starts on April 1st and ends on March 31 of the following year. Why does the Fiscal year start in April?The best answer was that April is the beginning of Spring,it brings fresh warm air and it's also the season of cherry blossoms, which are loved by all Japanese.Thus spring is very suitable to start activities and organize ceremonies such as back to school or welcoming new employees.

But the truth is ‼️‼️
In the beginning of 1886 (Meiji Year 19).The person in charge of financial affairs at that time was Prince Masayoshi Matsukata.He decided to start the Fiscal year in April to balance his finances, as he used the tax money of the previous fiscal year to serve the the expansion of the armed forces.

Moreover, during that time, Japan was still an agricultural country, more than 80% of Japanese people at that time lived by farming rice. Therefore, the government's main tax source at the moment is from the rice farmers.The time to harvest rice is in the fall around October - November, then they have to exchange it for money and pay taxes to the government. If the fiscal year ends in December, it would be difficult for the government to collect taxes from the people.👩‍🌾🧑‍🌾
