This is a normal, temporary response.

Lately I’ve been enjoying my latte made with oat milk and a drizzle of brown sugar syrup instead of white sugar.
It’s a simple switch, but it helps my body so much.

Brown sugar is less processed, and it still contains small amounts of minerals like calcium and potassium.
It also provides a more stable release of glucose, giving your body the gentle energy it needs instead of causing a sharp insulin spike.
That means better focus, steady energy, and fewer sugar crashes later in the day.
