Potassium, iodine, vitamins A, B, and E, copper, and other important nutrients that are found in a well-balanced diet are all good for your health. Foods that are high in potassium, like bananas, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, and dried apricots, help nerves and muscles work well. Iodine is important for thyroid health and can be found in dairy, table salt, yogurt, and fish. Oranges, leafy veggies, papaya, and eggs are all good sources of vitamin A, which helps your eyesight and immune system. Black gram, organ meat, nuts, and eggs are all good sources of vitamin B, which is needed to make energy. Almonds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, and cabbage all have vitamin E, which is an antioxidant. Whole grains, organ meat, nuts, and sweet potatoes all have copper, which helps make red blood cells and speed up the metabolism.

It can be easier to eat more protein if you choose healthy foods. If you choose leaner cuts of meat, you can get a lot of energy without eating too much fat. Having protein bars on hand makes it easy to grab a snack while you're on the go. If you eat eggs for breakfast instead of cereal, you'll get a lot of nutrients and energy to start the day. Greek yogurt is a great snack or addition to a meal because it is high in protein and can be used in many ways. Protein shakes are a tasty and easy way to get the protein you need every day. Eating a protein-rich food at each meal also helps you eat a balanced diet all day.

" Almost Everything will work out if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you" Anne LaMott Today's inspiration is not what you can and can't not do. Because in all honesty anxiety can trigger at any moment. You can be having a great day and just one thought and make it a bad one. I know from experience. But I do believe what works for some (exercise, change of diet, inspirational sayings) won't work for others. But I do believe talking about and not keeping it inside can help. So today's thoughts as my anxiety acts up, call a loved one, write your triggers down and write the progress that you made so far. Something little can make a huge difference. Another great Stretching Session this morning! Today's Exercises are "Deep lunge stretch" : This strengthens the quadriceps, hamstrings, gluts, calves, and hips! "Pigeon Pose": stretches and strengthens the quads , core, and chest muscles, Helps with flexibility ( range of motion) and helps relieve lower back pain. Another stretch for the calves and flexibility and Downward facing Dog lift: This traditional Pose strengthens the arms, shoulders, back and core muscles. Happy Flex/ stretch Friday Everyone!!
