Funeral Support Services is HIRING!
We are looking for an ambitious and compassionate person to join our repatriation team.
This is a demanding position for someone who is compassionate, dedicated and well organized.
We take care of families from all over the world from different cultures, religions and backgrounds. This position is for our Japan office.
Duties:
Answering telephone and email enquiries.
Preparing quotations.
Death registration at city offices.
Attending to the requests of families in need.
Traveling around Japan when necessary.
Transportation of the deceased from police morgues and hospitals around Japan to our facility.
Guiding families at cremation ceremonies and funeral ceremonies.
Experience:
Funeral company or Insurance/Travel Assistance company industry preferred however we do on the job training.
Qualifications:
1. Fluent speaking and writing in English
2. Fluent speaking in Japanese N2 level or higher
3. Japanese driver’s license with driving experience
