Job summary
The position is responsible for maintenance of all Plant machinery and equipment’s and ensure reliability and flexibility for maximum utilization in production line with safety while maintaining the quality standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Developing and implementing maintenance plans for Plant equipment and Machinery
• Ensuring preventive maintenance by using information provided to guide action
• Scheduling and ensuring statutory inspections to the required standards
• Managing and optimizing maintenance of spares Inventory
• Ensuring machine safety and product quality
• Developing, training, motivating and evaluating departmental staff to achieve highest levels of performance
• Indentifying, implementing and benchmarking for best practices in plant and equipment maintenance
• Plan and oversee all repairs and installation activities.
• Managing and monitoring expenses and controlling budget for maintenance.
• Manage relationship with contractors and service providers.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Allocate workload to all maintenance personnel.
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Plan and schedule all machine services and overhauls.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum Higher diploma in Electrical and Electronics engineering.
• Knowledge in plant mechanical engineering will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in PLC controls is an added advantage.
• Over ten (10) Years’ experience in a busy Manufacturing company three (3) of which MUST be in a supervisory position.

Purpose
The Medical Representative is responsible for detailing to the Doctors, Medical Clinicians, Clinic Officers etc. and creating & developing maximum profitable sales of all company products that may reasonably be achieved in the assigned sales territory through regular and aggressive coverage of all professional contacts and sales outlets.
Build and maintain good will with the medical community, hospitals, other health centers, and sales outlets so as to gain maximum understanding and acceptance of company products and policies.
Key Accountabilities
• Achievement of Sales Targets
o Meet personal sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of products within identified markets or geography.
• Sales Process and Relationship Development
o Assess customer needs, promote / sell products to new and existing customers through formulating and building positive trust relationships.
o Conduct presentations to doctors and allied staff in hospitals & medical centers and to pharmacists and dispensers in the retail sector & assists them in taking right product decisions.
o Regularly collect and share feedback from customers related to product, price, service, and activities and propose solutions to counter challenges.
o Actively resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions and escalating to line managers where necessary.
o Plan & conduct informative meetings (CME’s, Medical camps, and Pharmacy Campaigns) with general practitioners, pharmacists and specialists and keeping a record of visits.
o Adherence to set KPI’s and performance criteria
Academic Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor of Science Degree/Pharmacy Degree or any other relevant qualification – required.
Over three years’ experience in the same region and position is a requirement.

Responsible for receiving, weighing and storing of all raw materials in accordance with the prescribed Standard Operating Procedures

Main responsibilities

1. Checking / receiving all raw materials into the store.
2. Diligently inspecting and storing all raw materials as per SOP
3. Dispensing of all raw materials as per requisitions.
4. Alerting the purchasing office of the stock level
5. Receiving requisitions and BMRs for material and weighing the
same as per requests in e adherence to procedures as provided under the relevant SOPs.
6. Keeps an inventory of all raw materials within the raw material stores and custody of all related equipment.
7. Cleaning of the working area, equipment and ensures tidiness as per SOP
8. Ensuring the calibration of all masses and scales as per procedures and SOPs.
9. Controlling movement by personnel into the raw material stores and within the dispensing station.
10. Any other responsibility as may be assigned from time to time
