JOB TITLE : MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
DEPARTMENT : MAINTENANCE
Job summary
The position is responsible for maintenance of all Plant machinery and equipment’s and ensure reliability and flexibility for maximum utilization in production line with safety while maintaining the quality standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Developing and implementing maintenance plans for Plant equipment and Machinery
• Ensuring preventive maintenance by using information provided to guide action
• Scheduling and ensuring statutory inspections to the required standards
• Managing and optimizing maintenance of spares Inventory
• Ensuring machine safety and product quality
• Developing, training, motivating and evaluating departmental staff to achieve highest levels of performance
• Indentifying, implementing and benchmarking for best practices in plant and equipment maintenance
• Plan and oversee all repairs and installation activities.
• Managing and monitoring expenses and controlling budget for maintenance.
• Manage relationship with contractors and service providers.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Allocate workload to all maintenance personnel.
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Plan and schedule all machine services and overhauls.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum Higher diploma in Electrical and Electronics engineering.
• Knowledge in plant mechanical engineering will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in PLC controls is an added advantage.
• Over ten (10) Years’ experience in a busy Manufacturing company three (3) of which MUST be in a supervisory position.

Job Title: Validation Officer
Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Validation Officer to join our team. The
Validation Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all processes, systems, and equipment
meet the required standards and regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and
quality of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in validation
processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various
departments. The Validation Officer will be tasked with developing and implementing
validation protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry
standards. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to
continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects
simultaneously, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide detailed
documentation of validation activities.
Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement validation protocols and procedures.
 Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of non-compliance.
 Ensure all processes, systems, and equipment meet regulatory standards.
 Collaborate with various departments to ensure validation requirements are met.
 Maintain detailed documentation of validation activities.
 Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure ongoing compliance.
 Provide training and support to staff on validation processes.
 Investigate and resolve validation-related issues.
 Prepare and present validation reports to management.
 Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes.
 Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
 Develop and maintain validation schedules.
 Ensure timely completion of validation projects.
 Review and approve validation documentation.
 Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
 Monitor and report on validation metrics.
 Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of validation equipment.
 Assist in handling and investigation of deviations, incidents, and change control
 Assist in the development of quality assurance policies and procedures.
 Support the implementation of new systems and technologies.
 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a science related field, with Minimum 3 years of experience in validation in
a similar industry.
