KAKAMEGA MUSLIM PRIMARY SCHOOL HEALTH VISIT.
Today, we had the privilege of visiting Muslim Primary School, Kakamega, where we conducted a cervical cancer awareness session with over 20 teachers. The session was organized and coordinated by the great support of teacher Rama and with permission from the head of school, and it was both enjoyable and highly interactive.
During the visit, we shared important information on cervical cancer, its signs and symptoms, prevention measures, and the importance of early screening. We also introduced the wellness and awareness packages offered by our hospital, ensuring that the teachers understood the services available to them. The teachers actively participated, asked insightful questions, and responded very positively to all the information shared.
We are grateful to all the teachers for their warm reception and engagement. The interactions were informative, interactive, and inspiring, highlighting the importance of raising awareness and promoting preventive healthcare within the school community. We look forward to continuing these outreach efforts and making healthcare accessible and understandable to everyone.
