2. One of the biggest hidden culprits? Modern agriculture.Our farms have slowly turned into chemical laboratories. Glyphosate, the active ingredient in many herbicides (like Roundup), has quietly replaced traditional farming. From land preparation to w**ding, from planting to harvest , our soil, crops, and water are now soaked in it.

6. To make things worse, some unscrupulous traders even use acaricides (dawa ya kupe) on tomatoes to keep them looking “fresh” turning our food into slow-release toxins. The same chemicals that kill ticks on cows are now sitting on your salad.
7. If they don’t manage to poison you with chemicals, they’ll sell you seed oils , nicely branded, proudly refined, slowly deadly.
They’ll call it “healthy,” while it inflames your heart, clogs your cells, and funds the same hospitals waiting for you later.
