DO YOU KNOW WHY YOU SUFFER INFECTIONS AFTER PROLONGED SEXUAL EXPOSURE?

Having Pen*s-in-va**na (PIV) s*x can result into nasty infections that are technically not STIs.

This happens because,the pH levels of the semen are higher than the pH of the va**na,which can potentially mess with the growth of the health normal flora of the va**na (Lactobacillus crispatus and Lactobacillus jensenii) which helps defend the va**na against pathogens.

You can prevent this by avoiding regularly regular s*xual in*******se or by use of condoms.

Let us look briefly at breast cancer.
Being one of the killer disease,breast cancer has several clinical presentation that includes;.
✓New lump in the breast or armpit.
✓Thickening or swelling of the part of breast.
✓Irritation or dimpling of breast skin.
✓Redness of the skin in the ni**le area or the breast.
✓Pulling in of the ni**le.
✓Pain in the ni**le area.

Now,on the picture attached to this post,look at the skin surrounding the ni**le; look at the ni**le also.The breast skin looks abnormal.This is called skin dimpling or dimpling of the skin.In skin dimpling,the breast skin looks like an orange or lemon. Sometimes, this is what breast cancer looks like. This is known as Peau d'orange, (ORANGE PEEL) and can happen when cancer cells block the lymph drainage of the breast, resulting in fluid accumulation in the breast tissue leading to dimpling.
NB: Cancer is not the only cause of your breast appearing this way but if you see this, PLEASE SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY FOR CHECK UP.
It's breast cancer awareness month. Let your wife, sisters, daughters and female friends know the signs to look for in a breast to make an early detection.

🔰OVARIAN CYSTS.
These are fluid filled sacs within or on the surface of the o***y.Majority of ovarian cysts disappear without treatment within few months.
🔰SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS.
✨Pelvic pain that radiates to the lower back and thighs.
✨ Pelvic pain shortly before your periods begins or before it ends.
✨Pelvic pain during s*x
✨Pain during bowel movements or bowel pressure
✨Nausea/Vomiting
✨Breast tenderness
✨ Abdominal fullness
✨Pressure in the bladder causing frequent urination.

🔰CAUSES
🍍Most ovarian cysts occur as a result of normal function of your menstrual cycle (Functional Cysts)

~Urinalysis is an incredibly commonly biochemical test . It is a simple and informative diagnostic test as long as the urine sample has been obtained properly and the results are interpreted appropriately.

KEY INFORMATION :
• Urine is usually acid and contains no glucose or ketones , nor should it carry blood cells or bacteria .
• The amber colour is due to the pile pigment urobilin and the colour varies depending on the concentration .
• Strong odours or cloudiness can indicate a possible bacterial infection .
• Mid - stream urine screening for asymptotic bacteriuria is recommended as in pregnancy progression to pyelonephritis ( kidney infection ) can occur in up to 25 % of women .
• Urinary tract infection ( UTI ) is a common problem in pregnancy if pathogenic bacteria colonise the urinary tract , this bacteria commonly originates from the bowel .

These types of infections can be asymptomatic or be present with symptoms of dysuria , suprapubic discomfort , haematuria and need to frequently urinate but only able to void very little .

GE***AL WARTS
Ge***al warts are contagious, fleshy growths in the ge***al or a**l area. They are one of the most common types of s*xually transmitted diseases (STDs).
In appearance, ge***al warts are often flesh-colored or gray swellings in some cases. If several cluster together, they may resemble a cauliflower. Some may be too small to be seen by the naked eye.

Ge***al warts in males appear on the following areas: p***s, sc***um, groin, thighs and inside or around the a**s. In females they appear inside or outside of the va**na; inside or outside the a**s and on the cervix.
Other symptoms include va**nal discharge, itching, bleeding and a burning sensation.
The biggest RISK for ge***al warts is unprotected s*x.
You get warts from having skin-to-skin contact with an infected person, usually during va**nal, a**l, and oral s*x. Warts will spread even if no one c**s and a p***s does not need to go inside a va**na or a**s to get them.

They are CAUSED by human papilloma virus (HPV) infection. PREVENTION is use of condoms or abstaining from s*x. There are many TREATMENT options such as: Topical medication (creams or liquids applied on warts); Cryotherapy (warts are frozen with liquid nitrogen); Electrocautery (an electric current is used to burn them); Surgery (warts are cut off);and Laser treatment.

AMENORRHEA.
DEFINATION👉

Amenorrhea is the absence of menstruation — one or more missed menstrual periods. Women who have missed at least three menstrual periods in a row have amenorrhea, as do girls who haven't begun menstruation by age 15.

The most common cause of amenorrhea is pregnancy. Other causes of amenorrhea include problems with the reproductive organs or with the glands that help regulate hormone levels. Treatment of the underlying condition often resolves amenorrhea.

SYMPTOMS

The main sign of amenorrhea is the absence of menstrual periods. Depending on the cause of amenorrhea, you might experience other signs or symptoms along with the absence of periods, such as:

Milky ni**le discharge

Hair loss

Headache

Vision changes

Excess facial hair

Pelvic pain

Acne

When to see a doctor

Consult your doctor if you've missed at least three menstrual periods in a row, or if you've never had a menstrual period and you're age 15 or older.

CAUSES

Amenorrhea can occur for a variety of reasons. Some are normal during the course of a woman's life, while others may be a side effect of medication or a sign of a medical problem.

Natural amenorrhea

During the normal course of your life, you may experience amenorrhea for natural reasons, such as:

Pregnancy

Breast-feeding

Menopause

Contraceptives

Some women who take birth control pills may not have periods. Even after stopping oral contraceptives, it may take some time before regular ovulation and menstruation return. Contraceptives that are injected or implanted also may cause amenorrhea, as can some types of intrauterine devices.

Medications

Certain medications can cause menstrual periods to stop, including some types of:

Cancer chemotherapy

Antidepressants

Blood pressure drugs

Allergy medications

Lifestyle factors

Sometimes lifestyle factors contribute to amenorrhea, for instance:
