Home based care plays a huge role in management of chronic and terminal illnesses such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Epilepsy, Alzheimer's, Palliative care for advanced cancer, the now serging Covid- 19 complications amongst others.
Safe-life home based care , therefore, aims at bringing care to patients who may not afford hospitalized care.
We are currently having personnel in 5 counties: Kiambu, Nairobi, Bungoma , Embu and Kirinyaga.
Services include; Monitoring blood pressure, blood glucose levels, oxygen saturation levels, urine and bowel care, assisted feeding, family health education amongst others.
