Mental health is your emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It’s how you process thoughts, manage emotions, and connect with others. Good mental health isn’t just the absence of illness—it’s resilience, balance, and self-awareness. Stress, trauma, or isolation can challenge it, but so can small acts like journaling, exercising, or talking to someone. Check in with yourself; if it’s heavy, reach out—help’s out there, like the 988 lifeline."

Why are christian leaders silent?
Why are you silent when injustices are being committed?
May GOD punish you.

One thing i do not do is run away from my failures or pretend to be perfect🤣
I am human. However, i put my life out here so that anybody who wants to study it and see what God can do actually does it.

You're the solution to your problems, nothing eats you up from outside... It all starts from within/inside you. Don't seek SOLACE in drugs coz they eventually finish your zeal, paint you in bad picture, break the trust people had in you and leave you worthless.
Handle your s**t soberly!

Here are some lessons we often learn too late:

1. Important people will come and go, and that's perfectly normal.
2. Sometimes, a complete stranger can quickly become a very important person in your life.
3. To find happiness, you may need to disappoint some people.
4. Your diet includes more than just what you eat; it's also about what you consume mentally through reading, watching, and who you interact with.
5. Never turn a rejection from others into self-rejection.
6. Taking charge of your responsibilities is the key to owning your future.
7. Life is about quality, not quantity. One true friend is worth more than a hundred acquaintances.
8. Define your own fun. Do what brings you joy.
