We’re looking for results-driven Key Account Manager for our Healthcare Solutions
The successful candidates’ primary role will be to actively seek out and engage customer prospects within the Healthcare Industry.

Job Description/Requirements
Our ideal candidate is someone with at least 1 year experience in direct sales, preferably in the healthcare sector
You will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones. You should be an outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. You will report to the Managing Director and work closely with the larger Sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Present, promote and sell Identigate products/services using clearly outlined go to market strategies and compelling value propositions.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through various channels including but not limited to scheduled calls, meetings, events, conferences, referrals and social media profiles.
• Gather market intelligence and key customer data to help the company in decision-making towards meeting the company sales targets
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends
• Schedule Quarterly Business Review meetings with Key customer accounts.
• Monitor and track key accounts due for renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams and escalate support requirements.
• Monitor potential risks and threats, e.g. customer churn, competitive threats, and change requests.
•Monitor industry trends to identify potential market opportunities and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand our revenue.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE
•Achieves sales targets and assigned KPI’s
• Submits daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
• Continuously improves and positively responds to constructive feedback
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
• Reports to the Managing Director.
• Works closely and collaboratively with, technical, sales, admin, finance and operations teams.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
•Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills with Proven track record in Corporate Sales, cold calling and face to face customer engagement
• BSC/BA degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Truly enjoy helping to solve problems for our customers.
• Time management and organizational skills
• Disciplined, self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no supervision
• Relationship management skills and openness to honest feedback
• Exhibit excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Has an entrepreneurial spirit
• Prior experience and familiarity of the specified sector is an added advantage
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Monthly Pipeline Growth targets
• Monthly Sales Growth targets
• Leads Generated Per Month
• Leads to Opportunity conversion Rates
• Opportunity to order conversion Rate
• Customer Touchpoints (Calls, Emails etc.)
• Average Deal Size
• Customer Retention and Churn Rates
• Average leads to order conversion time
• Monthly product demos
