1.Avoid Peak Sun Hours.
Limit sun exposure between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. when UV rays are strongest.
2.Check Your Skin Regularly.
Look for new or changing moles, spots, or growths and see a dermatologist for anything suspicious.
3.Hydrate Well.
Drink plenty of water to keep your skin healthy and less prone to sun damage.
