Today being WORLD ASTHMA DAY. this is akind reminder to my clients that asthma is manageable. All you need is the inhalers please *stop using the tablets* for a long time. They are harmful to your body even though they can help. Inhalers dont mean severe disease, they are the first line treatment for asthma. Consult with us @0728633092.

Diabetes doesn't kill anyone... After all most of us have had high blood sugar at a single moment and we didn't know it. What kills people is the complications of Diabetes which can be acute (happen instantly) or chronic (happen slowly). To prevent them it's soo simple. keep a tight glycemic control. Use this test to measure your blood sugars every three months (HBA1C TEST.) which I will talk about in my next post. So to prevent death or severe complications if you have any disease, diabetes included. Just keep it under control in three ways. See the doctor monthly, see the nutritionist quarterly and do lab tests every three months, last but not least take meds and don't stop them when you achieve control unless adviced by the doctor. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
