FUN, POMP, COLOUR, AND FULFILMENT
Yesterday was a truly fulfilling and momentous day for the Maua Methodist Hospital fraternity and our Methodist College of Health Sciences. We proudly released 215 graduands from various medical disciplines, including Nursing and Perioperative Theatre Technology, into the world of healthcare, ready to make their mark in the job market.
At Methodist College of Health Sciences, we are dedicated to moulding and mentoring competent professionals who can thrive in diverse settings, whether in Private Practice, Faith-Based Institutions, Government facilities, Non-Governmental Organizations, or even on the international stage.
The event was graced by Hon. Rev. Isaac Mutuma M'Ethingia, Governor Meru County, our esteemed Chief Guest, who, in his address, emphasized the transformative power of education and commended the college for its outstanding contribution to healthcare training.
In her remarks, College Principal Madam Isabella Meeme highlighted the key programs offered at the college and underscored the rigorous standards that ensure our students are exceptionally prepared for the demands of the profession.
Our CEO, Prof. John K. Mungania, also took the opportunity to affirm how our Level 5 Hospital provides an excellent environment for hands-on clinical rotations, while sharing exciting plans to elevate the college to university status, a development that promises an even brighter future for our institution and its students.
The colourful occasion was further graced by the Methodist Church Conference Secretary Dr. John Maromba, the Nyambene Synod Bishop, Bishop Kinoti Anampiu, distinguished clergy members, National Government Administration Officers (NGAO), County Government officials, political leaders, health department representatives, financial institutions, friends, well-wishers, and valued community stakeholders.
If you are eager to be part of this vibrant and reputable institution, we warmly invite you to visit our college offices Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for more information.
