LESSON ABOUT VE.
What is a VE? A VE is a digital va**nal examination during labour. It is a very important examination that helps in determining the progress of labour. Two fingers are inserted into the va**na and up to the cervix to assess the level of dilatation . The maximum a cervix can dilate is 10cm.

A VE should be done after every four hours unless there is another reason to do it in between. A VE should be done with clean sterile gloves.
During a VE, all you need is to open your legs fully and take deep breaths.This will help you relax. The more you kaza the more the pain.

Please note that every woman on a va**nal delivery has to taste a VE.

Women who know the importance of it you will hear them loudly call "Daktari kuja unipime"
