Members of staff from Kanyakine sub county Hospital marked the end of the year with the celebratory gathering.

We thank the management team for organizing this event led by medical superintendent Dr.Evelyn Kawira

The end of year party brought together all staff from different departments, offering a rare pause from their demanding schedules to acknowledge milestones achieved over the year. The team widely regarded as the operational backbone of the hospital, took time to relax, share a delicious meal, enjoy music and dance, also practice team building in recorgination of their collective efforts.

Gracing the occasion our medical superintendent Dr. Evelyn Kawira commended the team for it's dedication and unwavering commitment to the hospital values and vision
Also chairman of board of management and some members praised the team for embracing the transition process with resilience and professionalism, ensuling continuity of services throughout the period.

The celebrations concluded on a high note with the exchange of Christmas, new year wishes and a word of God

Today Kanyakine sub county Hospital, led by our medical superintendent Dr. Evelyn Kawira, conducted free medical camp at Ngongo dispensary, south Imenti

Services offered was free general consultation, eye check up, chest x-ray, laboratory services, cancer screening, Ear Nose and Throat specialist (E. N. T),pharmacy services, HIV testing and counseling, SHA registration and Mental Health

We received large number of people from that community and everyone smiled because, services of high quality was offered

In strong demonstration of it's commitment to taking healthcare beyond hospital walls and bringing vital services closer to the community, Kanyakine sub county Hospital under the leadership of medical superintendent Dr. Evelyn Kawira, today set up a fully functional makeshift field hospital at Mitunguu primary school, Imenti south.

operating on sidelines during launching of 16 days of activism against Gender Based Violence Campaign in Meru county, the event was graced by Meru county First Lady H.E Miriam Mutuma and other leaders.

The comprehensive services offered include free laboratory services, screening for cancer, TB screening, Mental health, counseling, pharmacy services, general medical consultations, voluntary counseling and testing (VCT), nutrition counseling, health promotion and education and SHA registration

Our ultramodern oxygen plant has the capacity to produce 540 ltrs of oxygen per hour, we are able to generate the sufficient quantity of oxygen required to supply the entire hospital and the other hospitals which are in dire need of the life saving commodity
