Today, we gather to honor the heartbeat of our hospital – our nurses, the CEO Jumuia Hospitals Limited Nick Nyaga said.

At Jumuia Hospital Huruma , we celebrate your dedication, compassion, and resilience. Your hands bring healing, your words bring hope, and your hearts bring light during the darkest hours.

On this International Nurses Day, we remember the legacy of Florence Nightingale, the "Lady with the Lamp," who walked tirelessly through the night, bringing comfort to wounded soldiers. Like her, our nurses walk the extra mile – not just with lamps, but with love, patience, and unwavering faith in their calling.
Nightingale once said, "Nursing is an art; and if it is to be made an art, it requires as exclusive a devotion, as hard a preparation, as any painter’s or sculptor’s work."

Equally on this Day, our CEO led the Jumuia Hospitals in recognition of the Best Nurse of the Year Ms Phoebe Ayieko one of the Senior Nurses who has elucidated exemplary performance in Jumuia Hospitals.
