MENTAL HEALTH AND SU***DE : The Connection We Must Discuss"

Mental health challenges often go unnoticed, but they’re a major factor behind su***de. Depression, anxiety, and other conditions can overwhelm a person, leading to feelings of hopelessness. The good news? Mental health is manageable, and reaching out for support can change lives.

🤔Why is mental health crucial?
Untreated mental health conditions, such as depression, are the leading risk factor for su***de. In fact, 90% of people who die by su***de have an underlying mental health issue.
However, with the right support, treatment, and coping strategies, most people can regain stability and resilience.

QUICK TIPS FOR MAINTAINING MENTAL HEALTH
✅Talk about your feelings: A problem shared is a problem halved. Opening up to a friend or loved one can lighten your mental load.
✅Stay Active: Regular physical activity can boost mood and reduce symptoms of anxiety or depression.
✅Ask for Help: Whether it’s talking to a mental health profession
