⚠️ 1 Days to Private Health Sector Service Disruption ⚠️

Kenya’s private healthcare sector is at a critical tipping point. For months, unresolved issues with the Social Health Authority (SHA) have left facilities — and most importantly, patients — exposed to uncertainty.

We are demanding urgent reforms to protect access to care:
1️⃣ Clear all NHIF debts owed to providers.
2️⃣ Cut SHA debt by at least 50%.
3️⃣ Reverse unjust mass claims rejections that threaten service continuity.
4️⃣ Establish an independent, transparent Dispute Resolution Tribunal.

This fight is bigger than hospitals. It’s about ensuring that every patient is treated with dignity — without delays, without denial, and without financial instability threatening their care.

We are committed to serving our communities. But without reform, services will be disrupted in just 12 days.
