Our fore parents ways were never old skul afterall. Now more than ever going back to our roots is a life saviour, right from food to medicine & everything in between. Perhaps if my grandparents lived on I would be better informed but it's never too late to learn anything & I'm on the path to learn more about Africanism& it's prowess.
