Boundaries aren't about keeping people out. They're about letting the right things in, without losing yourself in the process.

Boundaries are the gate you control. Not a wall. A gate.
You decide who enters, when they enter, and how close they get, and when the gate needs to close for your own protection.

Here's the part nobody tells you: when you start setting boundaries, some people will be uncomfortable. Not because you're doing something wrong, but because they're not used to you prioritizing yourself.

Stuck isn't a life sentence. It's a signal that needs you to pause and listen, not panic.

The problem is, when we're stuck, we tend to do one of two things:
- Spin in circles, thinking harder (which just digs the hole deeper).
- Shut down completely (which feels safer but keeps us stuck).

Neither works. What does work is a tiny shift in perspective. Just enough to create a crack of light.

This is what the three questions are for. They're meant to get one small part of you moving again.

"Who do you think you are?"

If that voice has ever whispered (or shouted) in your ear right when you're about to step into something new, a promotion, a project, a dream you're finally taking seriously, I need you to know something important.

That voice has a name: imposter syndrome. And contrary to what it tells you, its presence isn't proof you're a fraud. It's proof you're growing.
Here is a simple 3-step guide to recognizing, fact-checking, and quieting that voice when it gets loud.

Here's the part we don't talk about enough: the goal isn't to make the voice disappear forever. The goal is to turn down its volume so you can hear the other, quieter voice, the one that knows you belong.

The biggest predictor of growth isn't innate ability. It's a mindset.

People with a growth mindset believe they can develop their abilities through effort, learning, and persistence. So when they hit a wall? They ask "What can I try differently?" not "What's wrong with me?"

International Women's Day can feel like a lot of noise, grand gestures that come and go. But beneath all of that is something simpler and more powerful: us.

The women showing up for each other in DMs at midnight.
The ones holding space for a friend's tears between meetings.
The ones quietly breaking cycles their grandmothers couldn't name.
The ones doubting themselves and doing it anyway.

That's who we're celebrating today. You.

Not because you're perfect. Not because you have it all figured out. But because you're here. You're growing. You're becoming. And that is enough.
