Good morning this for all who are struggling with sugar and wheat. Thanks that we can identify our struggle. My advice for you if you are struggling with sugar and wheat here are few tips to help you out.

1. Avoid processed foods as much as possible.

2. Find a natural replacement for sugar. Examples ; use natural honey, take natural fruits,use natural sweaters.

3. Avoid stress, take time to rest and meditate.

4. Don't strain your body by over work out.

5. Keep check of your blood sugar.

6. Eat more sea food

7. Have plenty of greens in your diet.

8. Enjoy fermented food and drink.

Hello, its my joy to share more about the most frequently asked questions about turmeric milk. If you ever noticed it's one of my favorite. Here are the preparation and benefits.

PREPARATION :

1tsp turmeric powder per cup of milk allow to boil together cover it allow to cool then enjoy.

HEALTHY BENEFITS FOR TURMERIC MILK.

1. Respiratory Illness:

Turmeric milk is an antimicrobial that attacks bacterial infections and viral infections. It is useful for treating illnesses related to the respiratory system, since the spice heats up your body and provides quick relief from lung congestion and sinuses.
