Hello my family I know have been silent for so long but now am back with new tips on how to keep healthy and maintain our nutrition status normal Today's topic am going to tackle on diabetes
We have two main diabetes which are common
Diabetes type 1 is where by the body can't produce enough insulin let's put it like you don't have a key to open a door
Diabetes Type 2 this is common among the aged those with 60yrs and above this is where by the pancreas can't produce enough insulin we put it like a broken key to open door
Type 1 you use injection while 2 we use medicine
Now this two types both are managed through diet and prevent further complications such as stroke heart attacks
How do you know you might be having daibetes check for the following signs
Thirst you if you want to drink anything cold like kiu haishi unapata unataka kunywa maji,soda ndio kiu iishe
Frequent urination -kutaka kuenda choo Mara kwa mara
Blurred vision -kutokuona vizuri
