SUBJECT: Urgent Appeal for Action: Human Rights Violations in Tanzania's Elections

- United Nations Human Rights Council
- International Criminal Court (ICC)

I am writing to bring to your attention grave concerns regarding the recent massacre in Tanzania during elections. As a delegate diplomat, I urge your immediate attention and action to address these human rights violations.

The situation demands urgent investigation and accountability measures to ensure justice for the victims and their families. I request the UN Human Rights Council and ICC to take swift action to:
- Investigate the circumstances surrounding the massacre
- Hold perpetrators accountable
- Provide support and protection to affected individuals and communities

I look forward to discussing this critical issue further at the Best Diplomats session in New York City on March 25-26, 2026.
