🤷🏾‍♀️What Is Liver Cancer?
Uncontrolled growth of abnormal liver cells forming tumors that disrupt normal function.

🦠Types:
1. Primary Liver Cancer (originates in the liver):
°Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) – most common
°Fibrolamellar carcinoma – liver cells in fibrous layers, often in young adults
°Hepatoblastoma – seen in children
°Cholangiocarcinoma – cancer of bile ducts
2. Secondary (Metastatic) Cancer:
°Cancer that spreads to the liver from other organs (colon, breast, lungs, etc.)

🛑Common Signs:
°Jaundice (yellow eyes/skin)
°Right upper abdominal pain
°Fatigue and weight loss
°Loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting
°Abdominal swelling

⚡Risk Factors:
°Chronic hepatitis B or C infection
°Cirrhosis (alcohol, fatty liver disease)
°Aflatoxin exposure
°Obesity and diabetes
°Family history of liver cancer
