PosPostpartum swelling swelling aka edema is a result of your body having had more fluid during pregnancy. All the fluid may not leave your body immediately the baby is born and your limbs may swell. It appears on the feet and legs,arms,face and pelvic area or sometimes on all those parts. But if it’s not going down in two weeks or only one foot is swollen

- ⁠Masage therapy helps
- ⁠Always stay hydrated (to help the body flush out the excess fluid)
- ⁠Avoid tight fitting clothes
- ⁠Avoid processed/ very salty foods
