Because infertility isn’t a taboo.
Because no one should be condemned for battling reproductive health issues.
Because every voice matters.

Is Your Vaginal pH Off Balance? Here’s What to Know.

Your vaginal health plays a crucial role in your overall well-being and fertility journey — and pH balance is a big part of that.

Signs of an Imbalanced Vaginal pH:
• Unusual vaginal odor (often fishy)
• Itching or irritation
• Abnormal discharge (gray, yellow, or greenish)
• Burning sensation during urination
• Frequent infections (BV or yeast)

If you’re experiencing any of these, don’t ignore the signs — your body is speaking.

Simple Remedies to Restore Balance:
• Wear breathable cotton underwear
• Avoid scented soaps, wipes & douches
• Eat probiotic-rich foods (yogurt, kefir, fermented veggies)
• Consider pH-balancing vaginal probiotics (with medical advice)
• Practice safe s*x — semen is alkaline, and can disrupt pH
• Stay hydrated

And remember — it’s not about being “perfect,” it’s about being informed and listening to your body.

Tag a sister who needs to see this.

I’m back to say asante sana!

Thanks to your support, we’ve managed to settle part of Mom Martha’s bill, allowing her to begin dialysis to save her kidneys. Please keep her in your prayers.

On behalf of the Waiting Wombs Trust family, myself, and Martha, thank you!

Senior Mama Martha Needs Your Help…

Waiting comes with challenges, and our dear senior waiting mama, Martha, has faced many ups and downs.
We first met her in 2023 and welcomed her to our Ladies’ Dinner, where she shared how she had never felt so warm and loved in years.

Today, Martha is unwell and has been hospitalized for over a month at St. Mary’s Lang’ata Hospital( check slide 2).

Can you spare 100 shillings to help purchase her medication and cover part of her medical bill? Every little bit counts.

Send your contribution to:
Paybill: 7326815
Account: Martha
(The account will read Waiting Wombs Trust - NCBA Bank)

God bless you!

To the amazing women trusting God for the gift of a child—my heart goes out to you today . I know the longing, the prayers, and the silent tears that sometimes fall when no one is watching. This journey isn’t easy, and it’s okay to feel the weight of it.

But please, hold on to hope. God’s timing may feel mysterious, but it’s always perfect. I believe with you, pray with you, and stand with you in faith. You are stronger than you know, and your story is still being written.

We are here for you. Lean on those who love you, and keep believing that your miracle is on its way- in His time and according to His will. He is a good father.

Sending you love and strength 🫂
