WE ARE HIRING!
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with mobility and exercise routines.
- Monitor and report changes in client health status.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations.
