ENLARGED OVÆRIES:
Enlarged oværies can be caused by normal physiological processes, such as the development of a dominant follicle during ovulætion, or by underlying medical conditions like oværian cysts, polycystic oværian syndrome (PCOS), oværian torsion, or, less commonly, oværian c@ncer.
