Let’s Prepare The Remedies👇

Ingredients:
• 1-2 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers
• 1 cup of water
Instructions:
1. Boil Water
Boil 1 cup of water in a kettle.
2. Prepare Chamomile
Place 1 chamomile tea bag in a cup.
3. Pour Hot Water
Once the water has boiled, pour it over the chamomile in your cup.
4. Steep
Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes. If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can steep it for a little longer.
5. Serve
Remove the tea bag or strain out the flowers. Add honey, lemon, or ginger if desired, and enjoy your calming cup of chamomile tea.
GINGER TEA 🌿
Ingredients:
• 1-2 inches of fresh ginger root (or 1 teaspoon of dried ginger)
• 1 cup of water
• Optional: honey, lemon, or a pinch of cinnamon for added flavor
Instructions:
1. Peel and Slice Ginger
Peel the fresh ginger root and slice it into thin pieces
2. Boil Water
3. Add Ginger
Once the water is boiling, add the sliced ginger to the water. Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you want the flavor.

LEMON BALM TEA 🌿
Here’s a simple 5-step recipe for making lemon balm tea:
Ingredients:
• 1-2 teaspoons of dried lemon balm leaves (or a few fresh sprigs)
• 1 cup of hot water
Instructions:
1. Boil Water
Boil 1 cup of water in a kettle.
2. Prepare Lemon Balm
Place 1-2 teaspoons of dried lemon balm leaves in your teapot or cup.
3. Pour Hot Water
Once the water is boiling, pour it over the lemon balm leaves in your cup.
4. Steep
