How to Get Out of Bed in Late Pregnancy 🤰🏾
​Roll to your side.
Bend your knees a little and turn your whole body to the side like a log. Try not to twist your belly.
​Push up with your arms.
Slide your legs off the bed while you push your body up with your hands. Do it nice and slow.
​Once you're sitting up, pause for a moment before you stand up.
This helps your body feel steady.
​Put your feet flat on the floor. Use your legs to stand not your belly or back. Hold onto something if you need help. Also trying putting your hands under your belly to support it.
