You don’t need every spice in your food — choose the ones that suit your blöod type for better health.
🩸 Blòod Type O: Use more curry, turmeric, and cayenne pepper.
🩸 Blöod Type A: Focus on ginger, garlic, and scent leaf.
🩸 Blòod Type B: Include plenty of onions, all types of pepper, and bay leaf.
🩸 Blòod Type AB: Use thyme, rosemary, and parsley more often.
👉 Extra Tip: Bloòd Types O and B should also use traditional seasonings like ogiri and dawadawa, and etc which are highly medicinal.
