We have been conditioned to fear the wrong things
We fear salt for people with high blood pressure or hypertension but consume sugar in all forms fearlessly. It can't be the cause, can it?
We fear eggs because of 'high cholesterol' but continue to consume huge amounts of ugali, rice, wheat products!
We fear fat (eggs, avocados and fatty meat) for people who want to lose weight instead of sugar
We fear red meat for gout and arthritis but take a bowl of mixed sweet fruits early in the morning, enjoy soda, some sweetened tea or even beer
We fear saturated fats (from animals, chicken skin) but consume seed oils (those called cholesterol free and in yellow containers) fearlessly! We even know which brand has an offer!
We fear eating two proteins together eg beef and eggs but we can combine carbohydrates like nobody's business eg roast potatoes, rice, Chapati, fruits and soda in one sitting!
After fearing those things and eliminating them from your diet, has your health improved?
If not, the simple explanation is that wasn't the cause and something else was.
For example, you've high blood pressure, you stopped the salt, how's the situation like? Is your blood pressure now okay?
Insanity is doing the same things and expecting different results!
