Raw milk will make you sick. But mammals feed young ones that milk

Oats are the healthiest breakfast. Really?

Fatty meat will clog your arteries. All our ancestors would have died of heart attack.

Eggs will skyrocket your cholesterol. And what's wrong with cholesterol?

Salt will give you high blood pressure. Really?

Fasting will cause ulcers and damage your digestion.

But here’s what they won’t tell you:

Pasteurized milk is stripped of most of its nutrition.

Wheat and bread contain harmful fiber that can trigger leaky gut, disrupt hormones, and inflame your system.

Sausages, margarine, and factory milk won’t nourish your family but they’ll advertise them everywhere. Sausages and processed meats cause cancer.

Fasting can actually help heal ulcers and restore digestive health.

Fatty meat keeps you full, feeds your brain, and supports hormonal balance.

Most mainstream “nutrition advice” is built on fear of good food and love of processed junk — designed to make you sick, keep you hooked, and turn you into a repeat customer.

The system targets children early, programming them into lifelong food addictions and pharmaceutical dependency.

Use your sixth sense

If I were you and I had uncontrolled diabetes... I'd do anything possible to reverse it naturally...

I would close my mouth and ears and do whatever it takes to fix my sugars to a point where I am not dependent on meds.

If I was Type1 I would make sure I fix my diet too so that I use the smallest insulin dose possible.

Diabetes complications don't really care what type you are... they hit the same..an organ at a time.

Nothing is built on sand..be different,be exceptional, ignore noise and fix your health.

Diabetes is just a name that identifies you from other conditions.

From outside looking in you might not see the urgency to fix it.... just ask those living it..😞.

It's a full time job.

We have been conditioned to fear the wrong things

We fear salt for people with high blood pressure or hypertension but consume sugar in all forms fearlessly. It can't be the cause, can it?

We fear eggs because of 'high cholesterol' but continue to consume huge amounts of ugali, rice, wheat products!

We fear fat (eggs, avocados and fatty meat) for people who want to lose weight instead of sugar

We fear red meat for gout and arthritis but take a bowl of mixed sweet fruits early in the morning, enjoy soda, some sweetened tea or even beer

We fear saturated fats (from animals, chicken skin) but consume seed oils (those called cholesterol free and in yellow containers) fearlessly! We even know which brand has an offer!

We fear eating two proteins together eg beef and eggs but we can combine carbohydrates like nobody's business eg roast potatoes, rice, Chapati, fruits and soda in one sitting!

After fearing those things and eliminating them from your diet, has your health improved?

If not, the simple explanation is that wasn't the cause and something else was.

For example, you've high blood pressure, you stopped the salt, how's the situation like? Is your blood pressure now okay?

Insanity is doing the same things and expecting different results!
