We were honored to facilitate a team-building and mental wellness session for healthcare representatives from healthcare facilities across Gilgil Sub-County at the serene Lake Oil Elementaita Stopover.

The day was filled with engaging team-building activities, moments of reflection, and meaningful conversations around mental wellness. It was inspiring to see participants connect, recharge, and strengthen both personal and professional bonds.

Spaces like these remind us that when we take care of the wellbeing of our healthcare providers, we strengthen the entire system.

We had a powerful and eye-opening online webinar in collaboration with Mental Heroes, creating a safe space for honest conversations around men’s mental health.

The discussion highlighted the silent struggles many men face—stress, societal pressure, emotional suppression, and the need to “stay strong”—often at the expense of their wellbeing. Through shared experiences and expert insights, we emphasized that seeking support is not weakness, but strength.

At Kivuli Wellness Kenya, we are committed to breaking the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and encouraging men to speak up, seek help, and support one another.

KESNNUR Riftvalley region is proud to introduce burnout to balance were we get to heat from our own colleagues on how they did it to bring that balance. As we will be guided by Martha Nyoro , a psychologist on how to maneuver the exhaustion in nursing school.
